The motor will have a charger (just like a mobile phone) and you will know when to charge the motor when the operation of the blind slows down (usually 1-2 times a year).

We offer a 5 year warranty on most of our products, however there are some products that we sell and install that come with less times and longer times – check them out on our website

Lead times vary depending on the product that you are purchasing. It can vary from 2 weeks to 12 weeks. All details are on the proposals that we send to you.

Yes they sure are! We manufacture in our Townsville factory for majority of the internal blinds and some outdoor blinds.
Never use chemicals or soaps to clean your blinds. Only use a damp cloth or magic eraser.
Most fabrics are machine washable, you will need to check what type of fabric the curtains are before machine washing.
Using a soft bristle brush and hosing with clear and cold water will keep your outdoor blinds clean. Remember to never use chemical or detergents on your blinds.
Child safety devices are installed on all our roller blinds. They are a requirement by law and prevent long loose cords from creating a choking hazard.

Yes, all external blinds must be fully extracted up during the wind to prevent damage to your blinds. Failing to do this will void the warranty on any damages caused.
